WARRANTY OF GLASS FIBER POOLS

P.H.U.ANITA / POOL SHOP provides a 10-year guarantee on product construction and a 20-year guarantee on pool tightness.

Warranty includes:

1. P.H.U.ANITA warrants the customer – the end user, that the above products will be error free in terms of materials and workmanship, during the above mentioned periods, from the day of purchase.
2. The P.H.U.ANITA warranty covers only the defects that will be detected during normal use. The warranty does not cover other problems, including:
   » assembly that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions
   » use that does not follow the purpose of the product
   » scratches, discolorations in external condition, if they occurred due to improper use
   » renovation or remodeling damage if not repaired by the supplier
3. If P.H.U.ANITA is informed of defects or deficiencies in goods covered by a valid warranty, the goods will be repaired or replaced, but P.H.U.ANITA reserves the right to decide for itself what needs to be done.
4. The product offered in exchange may be new or almost new (unused), but comparable in function with the one being exchanged.
5. If P.H.U.ANITA is unable to repair or replace defective goods covered by a valid warranty, it is obligated to pay the value of the goods in the amount corresponding to its price at purchase, after a reasonable 30-day period from the date of notification.
6. If P.H.U.ANITA is unable to deliver the ordered item covered by a valid warranty, it is obligated to pay the value of the item in the amount corresponding to its price at purchase / order, after a reasonable 30-day period from the date of notification.
7. If the termination of purchase / order of the product is due to the customer’s error, all costs associated with it are charged to the customer for.
8. P.H.U.ANITA assumes no responsibility for the disassembly or assembly costs of the product and delivery to the service during the execution of the guarantee if it is not she who performed the turnkey contract.
9. P.H.U.ANITA’s warranty remains valid in every country where the company delivers its goods.
10. Unusual color shades are not covered by the color guarantee.
11. The guarantee is only valid after a written complaint has been submitted.
12. The guarantee becomes valid only with proof of purchase.
13. Standard colors according to P.H.U.ANITA will be light blue and white.
14. In the event that the customer reports a defect or defect in one of P.H.U.ANITA’s products, when he himself has caused it, and when the complaint led to the P.H.U.ANITA representative having to come to the customer, the customer will take sole responsibility for all costs.
15. THE CUSTOMER (end user) must check and record in order to prove to the seller:
    » Ph value (7.0-7.4) every week
    » Chlorine value (0.5-1.0) every week
    (does not apply to customers who have a salt chlorinator or automatic dosing for chlorine and ph)
    » The temperature in the water (up to 30 degrees) every week
16. The following products are not covered by the warranty: lamp bulbs, UV lamp bulbs, thermometers, manometers, elements subject to normal wear during operation, such as: rubber gaskets, sealants, rotating elements, e.g. rotors, bearings.

POOL ROOF WARRANTY – 36 months
WARRANTY OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE POOL – 24 months * (does NOT apply to light bulbs)
INSTALLATION WARRANTY (pool or pool roof) – 24 months
