Storage Fees

The fees for storage and guarding in a closed area (“storage costs”) by PHU ANITA IMPORTEXPORT ANITA PIŁAT for goods not collected by customers due to reasons attributable to the customers in 2025 are as follows:

1. For items such as swimming pool equipment, including filters, pumps, heat exchangers, heaters, collectors, massage devices, swimming pool covers, mini spa covers, outdoor spa covers, and pool equipment wells:
   – PLN 2.00 (two zlotys, 00/100 groszy) gross per m² (one square meter) of internal storage space per day (“daily rate”) for items unpackaged or packaged, stored in covered storage rooms whose height does not exceed 1 m (one meter),
   – PLN 7.50 (seven zlotys, 50/100 groszy) gross per m³ (one square meter) cubic meter) of internal storage space per day (“daily rate”) for items unpackaged or packaged, stored in covered storage rooms exceeding 1m (one meter) in height.
   – The storage fee (storage cost) will be calculated as the product of the daily rate and the area or space occupied by the item (according to the item’s dimensions/outdoor spas);
2. For items such as outdoor spa tubs or mini spa pools:
   – PLN 40.00 (forty zlotys, 00/100 groszy) gross per day (“daily rate”);
3. For items such as swimming pools (swimming pool basins):
   – PLN 50.00 (fifty zlotys, 00/100 groszy) gross per day (“daily rate”).

Storage costs are charged for items not collected or not delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer.
