– Only close the entire pool for the winter when the water temperature falls below 8 degrees and remains at this level for several days.<\/p>\n
– 2-3 days before closing the system, set the correct pH and add shock chlorine (25 tablets), circulation works all the time.<\/p>\n
– After 2-3 days the pool walls must be thoroughly cleaned and the bottom vacuumed, the pool must be perfectly clean.<\/p>\n
– Close all bypasses.<\/p>\n
– Dismantle the heat pump and put it in a room with a positive temperature, seal the hoses that are left outside so that rodents or other creatures do not get inside.<\/p>\n
– Do a backwash while lowering the water level in the pool.<\/p>\n
– Do a long RINSE while lowering the water level in the pool.<\/p>\n
– Move the valve handle to the FILTER position
Empty the water from the filter by opening the lower drain plug (leave it open).<\/p>\n
– Disconnect the power supply using the main switch (DO NOT DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY TO THE DRENGING PUMP !!! ).<\/p>\n

\u00a0– Drain the water from the pump by opening the drain plug (leave it open).<\/p>\n
– Open all ball valves and leave in open position.<\/p>\n
– Drain feed and drain lines with pressurised air.<\/p>\n
– Clean the pump strainer and skimmer strainer.<\/p>\n
– Protect the pump and filter from freezing, preferably by storing them in a warm place (turn on the space heater).<\/p>\n
– Completely drain the electrolyzer\/dosing machine ( !!! All electrodes should be disassembled and stored in a jar of clean water, always at a positive temperature).<\/p>\n
– Pour Alba – algaecide – 1 litre into the pool.<\/p>\n
– lift all the bulbs in the pool above the water level and place them on the terrace.<\/p>\n
– The pool should be covered so that the water level does not rise during the winter.<\/p>\n
– The handle on the filter valve is set to the “CLOSED” position.<\/p>\n
– Clean the drainage pump thoroughly, check that it engages and disengages correctly.<\/p>\n
