Normally, you do not need to disconnect the filter. Clean the pool’s walls and bottom, then switch on the pump. Disconnect the hose and the plate in the skimmer’s basket and clean the strainer. Close the valves on the conduits supplying water to the pool and empty the pump strainer.<\/p>\n
