Your pool is now ready. The filter cleans the water and it now has the color you imagined.

It is heated by the sun, an exchanger or a solar collector. However, a few more things are needed to keep the water shining in the sun’s rays, and to keep the bottom and walls of the pool clean.

Chemicals for the care of water

The prerequisite for uninterrupted pleasure of swimming in the pool is water hygiene and the appearance of the equipment. Failure to maintain the water and the pool will lead to the water becoming cloudy and the pool discolored. Poor water quality can lead to skin and eye irritation, sedimentation and wall discoloration. Only optimal water care and professional pool maintenance will allow the pool to be properly maintained in proper hygiene.

pH minus and plus

The pool water must have a pH value between 7.0-7.6. To keep the pH value at the right level, we use pH Minus to lower the pH value in the water or pH Plus to increase the value. The correct pH determines the good performance of other chemicals.

Pool water disinfection is aimed at stopping microbial activity and destroying microorganisms. Disinfection does not mean sterilization, as some organisms can survive in a state of inactivity, for example by creating spores that do not grow and reproduce, but do exist.

When environmental conditions become favorable, they will regain their active state and can reproduce rapidly. Therefore, disinfection must be carried out continuously. The products are used at a concentration that is harmful to microorganisms, not humans. Normal conditions for a good disinfection are: 0.5 to 1.0 mg / l chlorine, pH between 7.0 and 7.6.

Active oxygen is too unstable to guarantee a permanent disinfection of the water. Hydrogen peroxide and potassium persulfate are the best known forms of active oxygen sources. The oxygen level should be replenished when the oxygen level is 35 mg / l.

Shock disinfection is performed at least once a month with concentrated oxygen or chlorine. Active oxygen tends to lower the pH value, which must remain at 7.2-7.6. The active oxygen content can be measured with DPD 4 tablets.

Flocking agents serve to maintain the clarity of the water. After disinfection, a flocculant is added that combines the particles floating in the water into larger particles. They then easily settle on the sand bed in the filter. Metals in the water and tiny pathogens can be removed with the help of flocking agents.

Briefly increase the pH value, add flocculant and use filters to separate the contaminants from the water. After this operation, the filter should be cleaned and the appropriate pH value of the water should be restored. It is worth installing a dosing pump that will constantly dispense the flocking agent in an appropriately set amount.

Alba Super

The best, non-foaming algae and bactericidal preparation. It keeps the water in perfect condition, even at high air temperatures. It works immediately after application.

Algenex Super

Algaeicide preparation. It gives quality to Albie at high temperatures> 26 degrees, it cannot cope. Intended for prophylactic use.

Winter fluid – winter fluid

The product is used in winter. It prevents the water from turning green in the event of warming in winter.

Cleaning gel

Universal gel for cleaning pools. Designed for foil and tiled pools. Also cleans under water. The consistency in the form of a gel means that it does not run off the sponge during cleaning.

Special measures

These are special-purpose products. The stabilizer prevents the precipitation of calcium and iron. Chlorine STOP lowers the level of chlorine in the water. The skimmer prevents the formation of foam.
